Couy Griffin (center) Speaks To Local Republicans

At the March 4th meeting of the Republican Party of Dona Ana County held at La Posta in Mesilla, New Mexico Commissioner for Otero County Couy Griffin (standing at the rear of the photo), was the dynamic guest speaker. Griffin is the founder and leader of “Cowboys for Trump”. He recounted the group’s 173-mile ride on horseback from Cumberland, Maryland, on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Trail next to the Potomac River, to the White House in Washington, D.C. this past February. The ride demonstrated the group’s support for President Trump’s efforts to secure the border, protect the unborn and preserve Americans’ rights under the Second Amendment. “Cowboys for Trump” is planning a second ride that will take place this summer. The Republican Party of Dona Ana County meets the first Monday of the month at 6 pm.
